Portland Yoga Studio’s highly trained instructors offer classes at all levels. Our roster of highly trained teachers includes 3 Iyengar Certified Instructors. We offer Gentle/Restorative, Vinyasa, All Levels, Pre-natal & Therapeutic yoga as well as yoga workshops on a variety of themes.

Portland Yoga Studio also specializes in offering Teacher Education workshops by master yoga teachers, serving committed students, aspiring teachers, and yoga teachers throughout Maine.
