At Portland Yoga Studio we highly recommend that students move toward regularity of class time/s and teacher/s. This can be the start of your "persistent practice".
Ultimately, and as soon as possible, we encourage regular home practice of any, and even a small amount. With this, your time in class becomes a refinement of and support to the personal practice you develop while on your own.
