You don't have to sign up or pay ahead before attending class even if it is your first time.  We accept cash, checks, and credit cards at the studio.

 

Let your teacher know BEFORE CLASS if on that day you have any injuries, health conditions, or if you are menstruating.

 

Look over the class descriptions closely and make sure you are choosing a class that will best suit your needs, goals, experience and fitness level.  (see our class descriptions)

 

Arrive 10-15  minutes before the start of class.

 

Please turn cell phones off upon entering the studio.

 

Please no perfumes or colognes.

 

Wear comfortable non-binding clothes.  First, be comfortable, but the ideal attire allows you and your instructor to see your knees, ankles, shoulders, wrists, etc. clearly.  This way your physical alignment in the poses is more visible.  Shorts, shortsleeve shirts, sleeveless tops, or snug yet non binding leggings or long sleeve tops are best for this.

 

You will need to be barefooted.

 

It is advisable not to eat immediately before class. Avoid eating or eat very lightly 1-2 hours before a class.

 

Plan to leave all personal items such as water bottles, hand bags, and extra clothing layers in the changing room areas.

 

It is an excellent idea to bring your own mat. But you need not bring anything since we provide all that you need for yoga class, including mats. There is no fee to borrow our mats during your class.
